Semi-automatic Capsule Packaging Machine SC 180
The machine has a collection hopper for empty capsules, electronic and pneumatic equipment that makes all operations simple and adjustable, including format change.
Furthermore, the precision of the powder dosage makes it suitable for pharmaceutical needs.
The machine has an internal vacuum pump to allow separation between the body and the head of the capsules. Once the capsules have been separated, the tray with the bodies is positioned in the filling station and the powder hopper automatically moves over the empty capsules and begins filling. The orientation and positioning system of the capsules ensures excellent productivity which varies according to the 3 models from a minimum of 10,000 pieces/hour to a maximum of 50,000 pieces/hour.
The quantity of product to be inserted into the capsules is adjustable via the speed of the auger that works inside the powder hopper.
The system for closing and ejecting capsules occurs automatically after placing and fixing the capsule tray inside the fixed closing disk.
The machine requires compressed air to work.
ELECTRONIC DETAILS:
Vertical basic model: the machine is equipped with a digital panel with which it is possible to set the speed of rotation, the speed of the auger and the speed of the disc.
Horizontal model and model with double orientation: it is equipped with a touch-screen that allows you to set alarms and functions, menu settings, the indication of machine function, maintenance and diagnostics, closing/opening and filling signals, reset and format change.
