Small sized machine for packaging heat-sealed bags.
The machine has two types of sealing:
The machine can be combined with the DE series herb dispenser
The sealer uses a coil made of heat-sealable material such as PP, filter paper, aluminum and any type of paper or material that can be coupled.
Depending on the combination with the DE series, the machine can process products from a minimum of 1 g to a maximum of 2500 g and powder or solids (capsules, tablets, etc.) and any treatable product can also be packaged in the bags.
The machine can package bags with a minimum width of 20 mm up to a maximum of 240 mm.
The length varies from 50 mm up to a maximum of 300 mm depending on the model (see reference table).
The machine is equipped with a PLC that controls the functions and is designed to be connected to all the machines in the series DE the control of the sealing temperature takes place via the microcomputer as well as the control of the length of the cut.
The two coupled machines, the dosing machine and the packaging machine allow the products to be perfectly dosed
using a load cell which controls the exact weight of the material. All controls are entrusted to infrared sensors which allow maximum reliability.
The two DE and packaging machines are mechanically and electronically set up to work coupled or individually depending on needs.
